I bought a bmw s1000rr at mobile.de (see pictures attached) but when i picked it up after paying it, it was like this (see pictures attached). My question here is: is it the same bike? If yes why did i buy one thing and got another? Why did you stop answering me when i asked you about the differences and sent you the pictures? i think i have been 100% honest in this whole process and the least iask it´s some explanation about the diferences.

A week ago I picked up my motorcycle from the shop. From my first call to the several email messages, I received extremely good and professional care throughout. This company knows exactly what to do and how to treat their customers. Although the motorcycle could have been delivered, I decided to visit the store in person. The 5 hour drive was definitely worth it. I am very happy and satisfied with my beautiful Z900RS. Special praise goes to Mr. Sascha Kojic, who gave me and my wife excellent advice. Will definitely recommend this store. I wish the entire Holzleitner team continued success and good business and am already looking forward to my next visit.

I was here a few weeks ago to test a Kawasaki. I contacted the seller beforehand to see if a test drive would be possible. The model was also listed as a test vehicle on the Kawasaki website. The seller wrote me back immediately that a test drive was no problem and that I was welcome to come over. So I drove about 40km and was told that the test drive would cost €49. I then just paid for it, I had already ridden 40km and was very interested in the bike. The €49 was then given back to me as a voucher. You can then use it to buy clothing. But I think it's a shame that something like this isn't communicated beforehand. I've never experienced it on a test drive.
